01 · Ground first
Before a line is drawn we spend a day on the site — light, wind, the view you didn't notice. The house follows the ground, not a catalogue.
02 · One drawing set
Every detail resolved on paper before anyone breaks ground. Changes on site cost ten times what they cost in a drawing.
03 · Our own crew
Not a broker of subcontractors. The people who frame it are the people we've worked with for a decade.

Two architects, four builders, a joiner, and the two people who answer the phone. Small on purpose — it's the only way the person who drew your house is on site when it's built.
